Carloforte's Premium Mullet Bottarga is obtained from salted and dried grey mullet eggs ( Mugil Cephalus ), processed and packaged by hand in Carloforte, in the south-west of Sardinia.

With an intense and refined flavor, it's the ideal ingredient for flavoring spaghetti with bottarga , crostini, salads, and gourmet seafood dishes. A natural product, made only from mullet roe and salt , with no preservatives or additives.

Vacuum-packed, it retains its freshness and unique aroma intact.
